After we learned a bit about that, we took a break and faced our fear of heights. We got a crash course on how to make sure we stayed securely connected to the cables and how to jump off. You do the climbing all on your own without a 'guide' so it is important that you pay attention to how you secure and unsecure yourself to the lines. We had a lot of fun!
