Family Law Mediation is a confidential, voluntary process.

You can initiate a mediation process whether or not your matter is currently in court.

If you are involved in court, a mediation can greatly reduce the time it takes to reach a resolution to all, or some, of the circumstances you face including parenting time, decision making, and child support.

Closed mediations only (mediation reports will include only the areas of agreement and will not be shared).
